Care That’s Focused on You

CareMore Health has become Carelon Health. Although the name has changed, their comprehensive care for patients remains the same. Additionally, they’ve launched CarelonRx Pharmacy, an easy to use medication home delivery service that’s focused on you.

With education at the heart of this launch, I led the creative strategy and digital design for the new brand identity and CarelonRx Pharmacy. Keeping the target audience in mind, I simplified the content and user experience wherever possible by condensing copy, emphasizing the primary and secondary CTAs throughout the page, leveraging iconography and introducing new intuitive UX/UI modules.
