The Key Rewards Program

Role: Creative Director

In partnership with Capital One Finance, The Key is WSI’s first cross-brand loyalty program that rewards customers for shopping across a family of seven brands. The program drives cross-brand shopping, provides unique customer insights, allows the development of personalized ads and drives brand awareness, recognition, acquisition and engagement. The Key incentivises larger purchases and invites customers back to use their rewards on future home needs.

With the program quickly launching, I skillfully concepted the brand identity, created brand guidelines and executed the launch campaign assets with a lean budget and lean team.
