The Employee Brand Experience

Role: Art Director & Designer

Juul Labs, as a corporate entity, set out to create an employee brand that monumented the importance of identifying the culture of its community. Driven by our newly realized mission, values, and behaviors, the employee brand comes to life through various internal resources as well as external recruiting sites.

In partnership with my Creative Director, I led the art direction and design of the newly realized employee brand experience by developing the brand guidelines, color palette, proprietary typeface, employee mark, iconography to be used across various internal mediums.


Our Values and Behaviors, Reimagined
Our new values must guide everything we do-they must inform our behaviors and how we show up each and every day.
